Job summary

ACCION LABS PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking an Application Support Analyst – EPM (Level 2) for a 1-year contract. The role is hybrid, located at UP Ayala Land Technohub, Quezon City, with a night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday, and weekend work as needed.

Salary is PHP 70,000 plus HMO from Day 1 and additional benefits and allowances. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of EPM experience, hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud/FCCS/PBCS/Hyperion Essbase/Anaplan/OneStream, and strong ServiceNow

Qualifications

2–4 years of professional experience supporting EPM tools and applications.
Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, FCCS, PBCS, Hyperion Essbase, Anaplan, or OneStream.
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM for incident tracking, ticket management, and issue resolution.
Proficiency in SQL for data validation, querying, troubleshooting, and analysis.
Understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and related financial business processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical business users.
Experience providing Level 2 support, handling escalated incidents, and coordinating with relevant technical and business teams.
Willingness to work on weekends when business or operational requirements arise.
