Job summary

Guill-Bern Corporation invites qualified professionals to join our field service team in the Philippines. The role involves installing equipment at client sites and delivering comprehensive training on operation within two days, covering basic principles, usage, and maintenance.

Applicants should have a background in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, experience in product presentation and QA/QC, be computer literate, and willing to conduct fieldwork and commuting. Start date ASAP is preferred.

Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Shall install in full an equipment/product of responsibility to a client.

• Shall comprehensively train a client on the operation of an equipment/product of responsibility within a standard of two days or less which includes a discussion of the basic principle, operation, application and preventive maintenance guidelines.

• Shall assist client on further applications of an equipment/product of responsibility.

• Shall follow up on use and maintenance of an equipment/product of responsibility through visits at least once a year for clients with in Metro Manila and through phone calls for provincial clients with installations.

• Shall maintain harmonious and productive business relationship with the clients through a strong sense of commitment and responsibility in their line of work through visits at least once a year for clients with in Metro Manila and through phone for provincial clients with installations.

• To issue certification of training upon completion of installation and training to client.

• To do calibration, validation and/or product qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ) on the system assigned

• Shall exercise courtesy and respect to the client and his/her colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry Technician courses

• With experience in Product Presentation and Quality Assurance/Control

• Computer Literate

• Willing to do fieldwork and commute.
