Job summary

Stolt Tankers, a division of Stolt-Nielsen Limited, is seeking an Application Support Associate. You will work with application consultants to resolve incidents, troubleshoot issues, and maintain knowledge articles in a dynamic, international logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices.
• Proven experience in application support or similar role.
• Results-oriented with strong ethics and customer service focus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with Maritime ERP systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SQL, .NET, and APIs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with application consultants to resolve incidents and fulfill service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues ranging from simple to complex, as reported by end users.
• Develop and maintain First-Time Fix documentation and knowledge articles.
• Provide support for ad hoc administrative tasks and other operational activities as needed.

Key Responsibilities
