Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with application consultants to resolve incidents and fulfil service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues ranging from simple to complex, as reported by end users.
• Develop and maintain First‑Time Fix documentation and knowledge articles.
• Provide support for ad‑hoc administrative tasks and other operational activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices.
• Proven experience in application support or a similar role.
• Results‑oriented, with strong ethics and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Experience with Maritime ERP systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with technologies such as SQL, .NET, and APIs is preferred.
