Job Description

The Application Analyst is responsible for providing resolutions to our customer issues that come in via phone call or email that cannot be resolved on the first pass.

Responsibilities

• Identifying Issue Trends: The Application Analyst is the first person to identify an issue once it's been validated as a true issue. They are responsible for troubleshooting if an issue is a reoccurring issue or an isolated issue.
• Working interdepartmentally: Depending on the type of issue, the Application Analyst may need to work with EDI on file transmission, configuration consultants, Account Managers, to help resolve reported issues.
• Problem Solving: The Application Analyst should be able to analyze issues accurately to create a logical and effective course of action for issue resolution.
• Communication: The Application Analyst should be able to effectively communicate root cause analysis to appropriate audience whether it be internally or with a client.
