Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking an Apple Certified IT Professional to support, deploy, and troubleshoot Apple devices across the IT environment. The role emphasizes hands-on management of macOS, iOS/iPadOS, ABM, and MDM deployments.

You will work with users and IT teams to ensure devices are configured, secured, and maintained, handling enrollment, configuration, and ongoing endpoint management. Strong collaboration with IT peers and vendors will be essential to keep Apple devices compliant

Qualifications

• Apple Certified IT Professional or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of IT support or endpoint management experience.
• Strong knowledge of macOS and Apple devices.
• Familiar with ABM and MDM concepts.
• Experience with MDM tools such as Jamf, Intune, Kandji, or Mosyle.
• Experience with device deployment and endpoint security.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Apple devices (MacBooks, iMacs, iPhones, iPads).
• Provide technical support for macOS, iOS, and iPadOS users.
• Enroll and configure devices using MDM solutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Manage user accounts, device security, and software updates.
• Assist with device provisioning, inventory, and asset tracking.
• Support security, compliance, and endpoint management requirements.
• Document issues, resolutions, and IT procedures.
• Coordinate escalations with internal teams and vendors.
