Job summary

Globe’s GOMO app team is seeking an App Operations Lead who will own how offers, campaigns, and features come alive inside the GOMO app. You’ll be the visual merchandising owner, campaign conductor, and guardian of one of the country’s fastest-growing digital lifestyle apps.

From managing homepage real estate to optimizing in-app journeys, you will ensure every offer is surfaced with impact, clarity, and conversion in mind.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing in-app campaigns with targeting, conditions, and frequency.
• Ability to run A/B tests on visuals and placements and measure KPI impact.
• Familiarity with in-app analytics dashboards and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure, launch, and QA campaigns in-app; monitor CTR, CVR, and funnel metrics.
• Own homepage banners, tiles, and modals; manage a forward placements calendar.
• Brief and collaborate with creative teams; run rapid asset iterations and test impact.
