Job summary

The role requires 3-4 years of production support experience, knowledge of Oracle SQL, Unix/Linux, Java-based applications, and batch monitoring with tools like Control-M or Autosys;

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of L2 application support in production.
• Proficient in Oracle SQL, Unix/Linux, Java-based apps, and batch monitoring.
• Experience with OCI and/or AWS cloud services.
• Experience with wealth management platforms or financial apps.
• Proficient with JIRA and incident management processes.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level support for wealth management and digital apps, handling escalated tickets.
• Write and debug Oracle SQL queries for data issues and validation.
• Perform Unix/Linux log analysis, monitoring, and job execution tasks.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Monitor and support batches and file-processing workflows (Control-M/Autosys).
• Document incidents and resolutions, maintain knowledge bases and runbooks.
• Assist on-call rotation and post-incident RCA reporting.
