Job summary

Avaloq in Manila is seeking an experienced Avaloq Developer to design and implement features for the Wealth Management platform using PL/SQL and Avaloq Script, while parametrizing functions in the Avaloq Banking System.

You will analyze requirements, collaborate with business analysis and architecture, extend core customizations, maintain functionality, and support testing and documentation across the Manila team.

Qualifications

• Experienced in Avaloq software development and product implementation.
• Strong PL/SQL programming skills and Oracle database knowledge.
• Front-end development experience (e.g., .NET, Java) is a plus.
• Experience with reporting tools like Crystal Reports is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop features or extensions for the Avaloq Wealth Management app in PL/SQL and Avaloq Script.
• Analyze customer requirements and design new functionalities.
• Collaborate with business analysis and architecture for specifications.
• Extend standard customization for Avaloq Core.
• Maintain existing functionalities.
• Develop automated tests and support Manila development center for tests.
• Update technical documentation with Business Analysts and Technical Writers.
• Provide technical support for customer projects (new implementations or upgrades).
