Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a senior leader to oversee a Vendor Performance Management team in APAC from its Taguig office. The role guides scorecards, CAP tracking, and SPM, leveraging Jaggaer to drive accurate vendor data and insights.

The successful candidate will coach JBS Analysts, coordinate with Sourcing & Procurement, and ensure timely delivery of VPM outputs across multiple accounts, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and risk management.

• Relevant work experience in vendor performance management or procurement operations.
• Ability to lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team across accounts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing timelines and priorities.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency in achieving objectives and timelines.
• Strong relationship-building skills with internal/external stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end Vendor Performance Management (VPM) cycle, including scorecard creation, distribution, completion tracking, and issuance in Jaggaer.
• Provide guidance on vendor performance methodology, scoring standards, and escalation protocols with S&P Leadership.
• Monitor scorecard and CAP timelines and notify the business, coordinating with Sourcing & Procurement as needed.
• Review escalated issues and disputed scores without direct vendor negotiation.
• Liaise with stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes for JLL and Clients.
• Coach and develop the JBS Analyst and Senior Analyst – Vendor Performance team.
• Manage risk related to vendor performance, with support from local team.
• Maintain accurate records of scorecards, CAPs, and SPM docs in Jaggaer.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, internal customers, management, and peers.
