Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle SSC (Philippines), Inc. (JLLSPI) seeks a Team Lead for Vendor Performance to supervise a team supporting the APAC Procurement group. You will lead end-to-end VPM cycles, guide scoring methods, and ensure timely CAPs and SPMs while coordinating with stakeholders across regions.

You will develop tools and resources to improve efficiency and quality of vendor performance across JLL clients, mentoring the team and ensuring rigorous performance metrics are met.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in vendor/supplier performance management, procurement operations, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience with end-to-end vendor performance metrics and scorecards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end Vendor Performance Management (VPM) cycle, including scorecard creation, distribution, and tracking in Jaggaer.
• Provide guidance on vendor performance methodology, scoring standards, and escalation protocols.
• Monitor CAP timelines and communicate requirements to stakeholders; identify resource needs as necessary.
• Review escalated vendor performance issues and escalate where needed to achieve optimal outcomes for JLL and clients.
• Develop understanding of the business environment and foster internal relationships to achieve goals.
• Manage, coach, and develop the team across concurrent SPM cycles; allocate workload accordingly.
• Monitor third-party risk related to vendor performance and collaborate with local team when needed.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, internal customers, management, and peers.
