Job summary

JLL in the Philippines seeks a Team Lead for Vendor Performance to supervise a team of Analysts, overseeing the end-to-end VPM cycle across the APAC region. You will guide scoring, CAP tracking, and supplier meetings while driving process improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and proficiency with Jaggaer and Aravo. Collaboration with S&P and procurement teams is essential to deliver client value.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience in vendor performance management and procurement operations.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end Vendor Performance Management (VPM) cycle, including scorecard creation, distribution, completion tracking, and issuance in Jaggaer.
• Provide guidance on vendor performance methodology, scoring standards, and escalation protocols with S&P Leadership.
• Monitor scorecard and CAP timelines, notify the business, and engage with Sourcing & Procurement as needed.
• Review escalated vendor performance issues and disputed scores; liaise with stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes for JLL and clients.
• Develop understanding of the business environment and maintain effective internal relationships to achieve goals.
• Coach and develop the JBS Analyst and Senior Analyst – Vendor Performance team; manage workload across SPM cycles.
