Job summary

JLL is seeking a Team Lead to support S&P stakeholders and lead the VLC Support team within the APAC function. You will develop tools, manage vendor queries, registrations, POs, and invoice processing, while ensuring SLAs and performance targets are met across the account.

You will coach team members, build strong relationships with partners, and drive continuous improvement through business reviews and effective leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
• In-depth knowledge of vendor management and finance support function.
• Excellent communicator with decision making and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, highly skilled in MS Excel, analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to S&P Stakeholders/Clients on Account and lead VLC Support team.
• Develop and update tools to support the business for efficiency.
• Manage vendor queries including EFT, remittance, PO requirements, and invoice status.
• Oversee vendor registration, PORF, quotes, and monthly Open PO reports.
• Coordinate invoice processing and reconciliation with vendors and accounts.
