Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field.
• Experience with OBIEE, BI Publisher, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, XPath, and MS Office.
• Risk management across diverse client segments.
• Strategic and analytical thinking.
• Product and business sense with focus on user experience.

Responsibilities

• Platform configuration and product setup across Aon platforms (e.g., risk codes, eLink, Webforms, Oracle BI Publisher).
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, field mappings, and functional design specifications.
• Create test scripts, perform testing, log defects in JIRA, and assist with deployments and training.
• Serve as APAC platform SME, collaborating with cross-functional regional teams.
• Provide application support to meet SLAs, reduce technical debt, and drive process improvements.
• Adhere to regional/global PMO standards, security protocols, and penetration testing compliance.
