Job summary

Navitas Semiconductor in Manila is seeking a proactive Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist based in the Philippines to support hiring across the APAC region. This role manages end-to-end recruiting for various positions across multiple countries, partnering with hiring managers to attract high-quality talent across time zones.

The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting across APAC markets, strong sourcing and candidate management skills, and the ability to operate across cultures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 3–6+ years of recruiting experience, with some APAC exposure.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting in-house, agency, or RPO.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting across the APAC region, including intake meetings, posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, roles, and candidate profiles across geographies.
• Lead searches for a range of positions, including technical, engineering, operations, sales, finance, HR and corporate roles.
• Coordinate and manage interview scheduling across time zones and countries.
