Power Integrations is seeking a senior/lead Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruiting across the APAC region. This role serves as the primary TA partner to hiring managers and business leaders, shaping strategy, market intelligence, and talent pipelines for technical roles.

The successful candidate will own requisition management, sourcing, and stakeholder partnership to secure top engineering, semiconductor, and business-critical talent in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical/engineering roles.
• Experience supporting multiple APAC countries and regions.
• Proven success partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Ability to influence hiring decisions with market intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting activities across APAC and collaborate with hiring managers.
• Own end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from intake to offer.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Coach teams on interview processes and candidate evaluation.
• Deliver recruiting metrics and insights for workforce planning.
