Job summary

Greenpark is seeking a Senior SEO Manager, APAC in Manila hybrid to lead omnichannel search strategies across key APAC markets. You will drive organic visibility, AI/ Social, and Marketplace search initiatives while mentoring SEO specialists and collaborating with regional and global teams.

You will partner with Client Services, Editorial, Analytics, and Strategy to deliver measurable business impact, support new business pitches, and grow Greenpark's search offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, digital marketing, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in SEO, organic/digital search strategy within an agency or consulting environment.
• Proven experience managing multiple enterprise-level client accounts across regional or global markets.
• Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, content strategy, keyword research, site architecture, and organic performance optimisation.
• Proficient with Google Search Console, GA4, and leading SEO platforms (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, BrightEdge).
• Understanding of AI/ Social and Marketplace search ecosystems is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into business recommendations.
• Experience supporting new business pitches and strategic client growth initiatives.
• Experience mentoring SEO professionals and fostering collaboration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own SEO and Omnichannel Search strategy across multiple enterprise client accounts in APAC.
• Develop strategic recommendations covering Organic, AI, Social, and Marketplace Search.
• Translate client objectives into actionable search strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Serve as strategic advisor and primary SEO lead for regional/global stakeholders.
• Build trusted client relationships with proactive recommendations and insights.
• Ensure high-quality delivery across SEO engagements to standards.
• Support new business pitches, proposals, and solution design with subject matter expertise.
• Identify commercial growth opportunities and expand Omnichannel Search & Insights offering.
• Research trends, technologies, and innovations to strengthen capabilities.
• Develop scalable frameworks and methodologies for operational excellence.
• Mentor, coach, and support SEO Managers and Executives.
• Collaborate with Editorial, Analytics, Client Services, Strategy, and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct research to uncover actionable insights for client growth and decision-making.
• Present findings and performance insights to internal and external stakeholders.
