Job summary

• At least 5 years in Account/Project Management or Agency Operations.
• Proven ability to manage global regional initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across cultures and time zones.
• Proficient in Adobe CC and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn AI tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in rolling out & managing regional initiatives that maximize efficiency across our network.
• Support the implementation of Global program rollouts in a regionally tailored fashion.
• Identify, develop and implement process solutions and workflow patterns.
• Implement global processes & best practices that boost productivity regionally.
• Train teams in the effective use of all proprietary and licensed workflow & analytical tools within the business.
• Work closely with our on-site and Hub teams to provide daily ad-hoc operational support.
• Assist with implementations to ensure new teams are brought on-line correctly.
• Ensure the internal and external stakeholder’s experience is as positive as possible using clear communication in person, through the telephone and supported by email.
• Take responsibility for excellence in operational service, understanding and then undertaking the appropriate communication, action and personal presentation as required by the business culture across the region.
