Job summary
OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is expanding APAC delivery. The Regional Delivery Director in Manila leads multi-market, multi-disciplinary delivery models, transforming client strategy into scalable operating models and governance.
You will drive account transformation, embed GenAI-enabled delivery, set hub governance, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure on-brief, on-time delivery and high client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in delivery/operations leadership roles.
- 10+ years in agency environments.
- Extensive experience leading multi-market, multi-disciplinary delivery models.
- Proven track record of operationalising strategy into scalable delivery systems and governance.
- Demonstrated success in account transformation / change leadership.
- Strong client leadership: trusted operator, confident communicator.
Responsibilities
- Translate client vision, strategy and roadmaps into delivery plans, operating rhythms and measurable outcomes.
- Lead account transformation: intake, triage, prioritisation, sprint/cadence models, SLAs, resourcing, QA and releases.
- Define and govern a shared services hub with service catalogue and engagement models.
- Embed GenAI into workflows with governance and training for delivery and production teams.
- Lead the design of delivery for new business opportunities: scope, tooling, ramp plans, onboarding.
- Oversee regional capacity planning, mobility of talent and cross-studio collaboration.
