Job summary

Western Union is seeking a Manager, Business Intelligence and Pricing for the APAC region. Based in the Philippines, you will drive pricing strategies, monitor revenue performance and generate insights to guide business decisions.

The role partners with regional leaders to optimize revenue and identify opportunities for growth. The position requires 7+ years in pricing or revenue management, strong analytics, SQL, Excel and data visualization skills, plus experience with Snowflake and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or quantitative fields (e.g. Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics).
• 7+ years' relevant experience, prefer pricing/revenue management roles.
• Experience in data analysis with SQL; MS Excel and data visualization.
• Experience with Snowflake and Power BI is highly regarded.
• Strong business acumen and ability to turn insights into action.

• Pricing: develop and execute pricing strategies to optimize revenue across markets.
• Track business health and performance to identify opportunities and underpin initiatives.
• Gather, classify, analyze and disseminate business intelligence to drive decisions.
