You will guide customer-centric discovery, partnering with Engineering, Design, Revenue, Operations, and Customer teams to define requirements, manage backlogs, and deliver scalable solutions through Agile methodologies. Focus on activation and growth across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in tech/fintech or payments.
• End-to-end ownership from strategy to delivery and optimization.
• Strong data-driven and commercial mindset.
• Experience with Agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive onboarding and activation strategy and roadmap across Asia markets.
• Lead discovery using data, insights, and research to identify opportunities and reduce friction.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Revenue, Operations, and Customer teams to define requirements and manage backlogs.
• Measure and optimize activation, onboarding efficiency, customer experience, and growth metrics.
• Lead complex cross-market initiatives balancing regional consistency with local needs.
