Job summary

Turnitin is seeking an Implementation Consultant to onboard and implement our academic integrity solutions for clients across the Asia-Pacific region. You will coordinate with onboarding and professional services, drive projects, and provide expert guidance on LMS integrations and Turnitin products.

Qualifications

3–5 years in educational technology roles (Implementation Consultant, Customer Success, onboarding specialist, vendor account manager, or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication with compelling presentations for online and in-person delivery.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and manage high-level relationships within institutions or systems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Onboarding Consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth technical implementation.
Monitor project plans and tasks using scheduling tools; drive timelines and accountability.
Lead virtual and on-site meetings and distribute communications to teams.
Serve as an expert advisor on Turnitin products and LMS integrations.
