Job summary

AMCO Solutions Limited, formed through the merger with CPM Partners, seeks a General Accountant to manage daily accounting for APAC entities including the Philippines. You will handle accounts payable and receivable, prepare cash receipts, vouchers, and tax filings in line with the budget, and collaborate with the Admin Department and external service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
• At least 5 years’ experience in RTR (Records to Report) function, General Accounting or Audit
• Strong proficiency in Odoo (accounting, invoicing, purchase and expense modules)
• Experience in Philippine Taxation
• Experience in Account Reconciliations
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications
• Fluent in English, written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial transactions for APAC entities (Philippines, Singapore, Asia and APAC, US).
• Prepare and review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, invoices, and collections.
• Coordinate with Admin and third-party accounting service provider.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare BIR filings.
• Support Finance Manager and Global Finance with reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Assist in audits and respond to information requests.
