Job summary

AMCO Solutions Limited, after merging with CPM Partners, seeks a General Accountant for APAC entities including the Philippines. You will handle daily accounting in Odoo, prepare journal entries, and coordinate with the Admin and external accounting service providers.

You will be involved in tax filings (BIR), vendor management, and preparation of financial reports and budgets, collaborating with the Finance Manager and Global Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Accountancy required.
• At least 5 years of RTR/General Accounting or Audit experience.
• Experience with Philippine taxation and account reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting for APAC entities in Odoo (Philippines, Singapore, Asia-Pacific, US).
• Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable/receivable and tax invoices; coordinate with vendors.
• Prepare BIR filings and tax compliance, including EWT and other Withholding taxes.
• Assist Finance Manager and Global Finance with reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Support audit requests and ad-hoc financial analyses.
