The successful candidate will work from the office in the Philippines (Angeles, Makati, Ortigas) with a morning shift, collaborating with a Senior Australian-based Accounts Officer to ensure accurate financial records and timely

Qualifications

• Proven experience as General Accountant or Bookkeeper.
• Experience with Australian GST requirements.
• Hands-on in AP, Payroll, bank reconciliations and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Record, reconcile, and maintain all business transactions.
• Manage end-to-end payroll weekly and journals.
• Oversee Accounts Payable including vendor communication.
• Prepare GST information for Australian tax lodgement.
• Provide financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Generate reports and insights on profitability and margins.
