Qualifications

• 6-7+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 BC or NAV.
• Strong knowledge of BC Finance modules (GL, AR, AP, etc.).
• Experience in APCAC region, SLA-driven support.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for BC/NAV across APAC.
• Resolve incidents within SLAs, perform root cause analysis.
• Support Finance modules including GL, AR, AP, Bank Reconciliation, Fixed Assets, Cash Management.
• Assist Inventory and SCM processes including costing, procurement, warehousing, and order processing.
• Create knowledge articles and train users as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams on escalations.
