Job summary

eClerx LLC is seeking a Team Leader / Supervisor for Credit Control & Customer Service (APAC) to guide regional collections, credit monitoring, and client support across APAC markets. You will manage daily operations, drive process improvements, and ensure service levels.

The role emphasizes leadership across time zones, performance coaching, KPI tracking, and governance, with a focus on receivables recovery, customer experience, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 4–6+ years experience in Credit Control, AR, or Customer Service operations.
• 1–2+ years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience supporting multi-market or APAC environments preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team members across both functions.
• Oversee daily Credit Control and CSR operations across APAC markets.
• Ensure timely collections follow-ups and account monitoring.
• Maintain SLA adherence, productivity, and quality standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Monitor AR aging and support collection strategy execution.
• Review escalated disputes and payment issues.
• Maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and prepare operational reports.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and data privacy standards.
