Job summary

AOSP-V is seeking a DLS Case Manager for a 12-month contract to provide case management for leave of absence and disability events. The role, based in the Philippines, focuses on serving as the single point of contact for employees throughout their leave, ensuring compliance and coordinated care with benefits and policies.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of professional experience, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
• Advanced English proficiency in spoken and written communication.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and respond to inquiries about leave and disability events, benefits, and options available to employees.
• Serve as a point of contact for assigned employees to provide holistic case management services, including reviewing medical documentation to adjudicate leaves in compliance with leave plans and applicable laws.
• Support oversight of a leave event using duration guidelines and resources; adjust plans as needed.
• Address and respond to sensitive situations and remove barriers before, during, or after a leave event.
• Facilitate smooth return-to-work processes and ramp-back plans for employees returning to the workplace.
