Job summary

YTO EXPRESS Philippines is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role based in Pasay. You will oversee the AP team, manage daily invoice processing, verify documents, and ensure timely payments to vendors while maintaining compliance with company policies.

You will review statements, manage accruals, and prepare journal entries, reconciling AP accounts and supporting month-end/year-end closes. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in accounts payable or finance teams.
• Hands-on experience with accruals and journal entries.
• Strong analytical ability to reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; ERP knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance; CPA is a plus.
• Attention to detail, time management, and organization in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
• Experience in logistics or transportation industries is advantageous.

• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes and supervise the AP team.
• Verify supporting documents and ensure timely, accurate payments to vendors.
