Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. in Pasay is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable specialist to manage end-to-end AP processes for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.

You will handle AP reconciliation, prepare ageing reports, support process improvements, and assist with onboarding new hires. Fluent English and 3–4 years in AP with SAP are required; contract role for 3 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• 3-4 years' experience in Accounts Payable.
• SAP experience preferred.
• English proficiency, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AP for assigned accounts with moderate to complex workflows.
• Respond timely to internal and external inquiries.
• Review and validate AP-related documents and supporting materials.
• Prepare and investigate AP ageing reports; provide ad hoc reports and root cause analyses.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness according to SLAs; comply with work instructions.
