Job summary

A shared services corporation is seeking a Procure-to-Pay Financial Supervisor in Quezon City. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 5-7 years of finance operations experience, specializing in Procure to Pay. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. This role offers a hybrid work setup and a salary range of Php 55,000 - Php 65,000, along with government mandated benefits, HMO, and 13th month pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, business or any related course required.
• CPA, CIA certification is a plus.
• 5-7 years of experience in finance operations specializing in Procure to Pay.
• 1-2 years of experience in people management and in Shared services or BPO companies.
• Hands-on experience with P2P System with Oracle Fusion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for escalations and maintain vendor/internal relationships.
• Prepare performance reports and analyze metrics for stakeholders.
• Distribute work and manage HR tasks, motivating the team.
• Implement enhancements to streamline and automate the P2P cycle.
• Ensure timely processing of purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
