Job summary

Regal-Beloit Asia, Pte., Ltd., ROHQ is seeking a Manager II, Accounts Payable to provide strategic leadership for the AP organization across multiple regions. You will drive end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, optimize controls, and lead a team of supervisors to ensure service excellence.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, automation, and collaboration with site finance, procurement, and operations to meet performance targets and drive working capital improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6-8 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Shared Services, or related finance operations environments.
• 5 years of leadership experience, including managing supervisors, team leads, or multiple functional teams.
• Experience in end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including invoice processing, payments, supplier management, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and GRNI management.
• Experience leading large teams in a shared services or multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Accounts Payable organization, including AP Invoice Processing & Resolution, AP Payments, AP Intercompany, and Rexnord AP operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop AP supervisors and team members to build a high-performing organization.
• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable processes across all entities and regions; ensure KPI achievement and service delivery.
• Drive process improvements, automation, digital transformation, and ERP optimization to enhance Procure-to-Pay efficiency.
• Ensure SOX compliance, internal controls, and regulatory obligations; support audits and remediation actions.
• Build relationships with finance leaders, procurement, and operations to improve supplier payment experience.
