Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a Manager II, Accounts Payable in a hybrid setup based in the Philippines. You will lead the Finance Shared Services AP organization, overseeing AP invoice processing, payments, intercompany activities, and Rexnord AP operations across regions.

Qualifications

Minimum 6–8 years in Accounts Payable, Shared Services, or related finance operations.
5+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors or multiple teams.
Experience with end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, intercompany, and reconciliations.
Strong knowledge of SOX, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for the Accounts Payable organization and supervise AP supervisors and teams.
Oversee end-to-end AP processes across regions and entities, ensuring KPI targets are met.
Drive continuous improvement, automation, and ERP optimization to enhance efficiency.
Lead governance, risk management, and compliance with policies and controls.
Collaborate with procurement, site finance, operations, and treasury stakeholders.
Present executive-level reviews and KPI dashboards to Finance Shared Services leadership.
