Job summary

Lennor Metier is seeking an AP Manager (Import and Distribution) in Pasay City, Philippines. This onsite role focuses on leading end-to-end accounts payable operations, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining strong internal controls in compliance with local regulations.

The role requires 5+ years in AP with supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing or high-volume environments. Open to negotiation for qualified candidates; CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with strong hands-on exposure to Accounts Payable operations.
• Proven experience in supervising or managing an Accounts Payable team.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end AP processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, account reconciliations, and payment scheduling.
• Solid understanding of Philippine accounting standards, withholding tax requirements, and internal financial controls.
• Experience handling month-end and year-end closing activities, AP reporting, and audit documentation.
• Experience handling large volume of invoices / transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing and payment preparation.
• Manage vendor accounts and payment activities, validating invoices and resolving discrepancies.
• Oversee AP reconciliations, month-end and year-end closings, and related financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, accounting standards, and Philippine tax regulations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Accounts Payable team and coordinate with auditors.
