Rentomojo is seeking a Finance Manager with strong Accounts Payable expertise to lead end-to-end AP operations in a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience, solid GST/TDS knowledge, and hands-on vendor reconciliation. You will work with Procurement and Operations to optimize the procure-to-pay process and ensure timely, accurate invoicing and payments.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years in Finance & Accounts with AP/P2P focus.
• Strong accounting fundamentals and AP processes knowledge.
• Hands-on with vendor reconciliation and invoice processing.
• Proficient GST and TDS compliance.
• Experience with high-volume AP in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient MS Excel / Google Sheets and ERP software.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable cycle.
• Ensure timely booking of vendor invoices.
• Perform 3-way matching PO, goods receipts, and invoices.
• Review invoices for GST, TDS and supporting documents.
• Manage vendor reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare payment schedules and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with auditors and internal teams.
• Identify process gaps and implement controls.
• Strengthen Procure-to-Pay with Procurement and Operations.
