Directed Group in the Philippines seeks an Accounts Officer to manage AP/AR and drive accurate ledgers across local and overseas vendors.

You will support month-end processing, bank reconciliations, and debtor collections while building strong cross‑functional partnerships.

This hands-on role offers growth within the Finance & Admin team and exposure to SAP, ProSpend, and PPSR processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' combined experience across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Experience reconciling ledgers and bank statements.
• Strong Excel and data entry skills.
• Experience with SAP and ProSpend is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Maintain reconciliations across vendor and debtor accounts, GL accounts, bank reconciliations and inventory costs.
• Process AP/AR transactions and month-end close.
• Enter invoices in ProSpend and ensure approvals.
• Create new vendors and debtors in SAP.
• Support cashflow forecasting and liaise with internal stakeholders.
