Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance Reviews - Conduct transaction reviews using approved sampling methods and standards.
• Financial Management and Control - Assess adherence to established procedures and internal controls; identify gaps.
• Data Collection and Analysis - Validate review data, classify exceptions, analyze trends.
• Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions - Support identifying root causes and tracking corrective actions.
• Quality Reporting - Prepare quality reports summarizing findings and action status for stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Coordination - Coordinate with AP/AR teams and process owners to clarify requirements.
• Quality Calibration and Process Improvement - Suggest improvements to checklists and workflows; support testing changes.
• Data and Document Management - Maintain complete, traceable records and ensure confidentiality.
