Job summary

Keyrus EPM is seeking a proactive Anaplan Support Analyst to join our Enterprise Performance Management team in Manila. You will act as the primary contact for client inquiries, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain Anaplan models in production while supporting ITSM processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Anaplan Level 2 Model Building certification.
• 2–4 years in a SaaS/support role.
• Hands-on Anaplan production support experience.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese/Mandarin/Tagalog a plus.
• Familiar with ITSM practices and structured support.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for Anaplan client inquiries.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues promptly.
• Maintain and enhance Anaplan models with minor updates.
• Manage full ticket lifecycle per SLAs using internal tools.
• Collaborate with consultants and tech teams on escalations.
• Deliver user training and promote best practices.
• Contribute to knowledge base and client documentation.
• Assist onboarding and mentoring of junior analysts.
