Job summary

Metro Retail Stores Group, Inc. is seeking an HR Specialist – Learning and Organizational Development to drive analytics, module development, and facilitation. You will develop learning materials and coordinate programs.

The role emphasizes data management, evaluation of training outcomes, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. A psychology background, 1–3 years in L&D, and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
• 1–3 years of experience in Learning and Organizational Development focusing on training program development, implementation, evaluation, and project coordination.
• Strong data management, monitoring, and reporting skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Can work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• RPm is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update learning modules and training materials.
• Coordinate and implement training and development programs.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and outcomes.
• Maintain training records, trackers, and reports.
• Facilitate learning sessions and employee development activities.
• Manage L&D projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for Learning and Development programs, activities, and events.
• Perform other Learning and Organizational Development duties as assigned.
