The role leads Analytics, Light Weight Automation, Campaign & Media, and Master Data Stewardship across multiple markets, partnering with business stakeholders, IT teams, and NBS centers to drive operational excellence and digital transformation. You will lead a team of managers and specialists, driving service delivery performance, continuous improvement, and Nestlé Continuous Excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in analytics, automation, operations, or related functions.
• Proven leadership experience managing managers and high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management in global or multi-market environments.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation and digital initiatives.
• Strong project and change management capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and IT partners.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Analytics, Automation, Campaign & Media, and Master Data Stewardship services across in-scope markets.
• Drive operational excellence by managing service performance, KPIs, SLAs, quality, and customer experience.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver analytics, automation, and transformation initiatives.
• Lead change management activities and support new processes and technologies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation.
• Manage risks, escalations, compliance requirements, and business continuity.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) practices.
• Develop and coach people leaders, ensuring strong talent, succession, and development plans.
• Represent the function in governance forums and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
