Responsibilities

• Executes test strategy, solution validation, and delivery activities, sometimes across multiple projects, communicating outcomes and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Provides input and collaboration to team members responsible for testing, certification, and quality-related activities across multiple products and solutions.
• Takes ownership of testing elements and solution readiness activities, ensuring successful delivery and client outcomes.
• Drives troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventative measures for technical, operational, and application-related issues.
• Progresses toward subject-matter expertise, providing input on testing, certification, product capabilities, implementation considerations, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Partners with internal and external stakeholders to assess requirements, identify risks, and recommend appropriate testing and validation approaches.
• Communicates project status, quality outcomes, risks, and recommendations across assigned initiative(s).
• Supports expansion of test automation, self-service capabilities, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.
• Reviews testing and automation deliverables, promoting consistency, quality standards, and best practices.
• Provides technical consultation and guidance to clients and stakeholders, helping them navigate testing, certification, and solution adoption requirements.
• Participates in strategic technology initiatives that support new capabilities and enhance operational effectiveness
