Job summary

Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, is seeking a Regional Customer Account Management leader in Batangas/Tanauan, Philippines. Hybrid role leading a regional team, serving as the escalation point for customers, and driving annual goals and key metrics.

The role focuses on implementing standard work, tracking performance, and onboarding new hires, while promoting ethical business practices and compliance with laws and company policies. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Involve in hiring/on-boarding and training for new hires in the region.
• Conduct daily team huddles and meetings.
• Utilize CORE operating system to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans.
• Promote an ethics-based business culture and ensure orders comply with laws and policies.

• Promote an ethics-based business culture, managing customer orders in compliance with laws and company policies.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience OR
• Advance degree and 2 years of relevant experience
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills
• Requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to change; self-driven and motivated
• Strong work ethic
• Experience in successfully leading others
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP experience
• Customer service experience is a plus, with the ability to effectively handle inquiries, strong positive customer relationships
• Knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and safety standards is a plus
• Experience in commercial aerospace in a customer service, Supply Chain, administration, program management, finance or engineering role
• Experience working in global teams and customers
• CORE Professional certified
• Experience in driving / implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Experience with adhering to Global Trade requirements
