Job summary

Inchcape Motors Finland Oy in Manila is seeking an Analyst – Purchase to Pay to accurately process supplier invoices, maintain vendor data, and execute timely payments in a hybrid setup at BGC Taguig.

You will support audits, cross-functional coordination with Procurement and Finance, and help ensure internal controls and clean AP records. A degree in finance or accounting and 1–3 years in P2P or AP is required; SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in Procure to Pay or Accounts Payable, fresh graduates considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups); Power BI helpful.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and credit notes in accordance with policies.
• Maintain vendor master data integrity.
• Execute payment runs and ensure timely disbursements.
