Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Application Development / Programming.
• Experience in Application Assessment and Remediation.
• Experience working with Application Owners and technical teams.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience supporting QA, SIT, Stage, and Production Release activities.
• Understanding of application deployment and promotion processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct an initial assessment of applications based on submitted requests or identified requirements.
• Collaborate with Application Owners to develop and validate appropriate remediation plans prior to execution.
• Support QA and release activities throughout the application lifecycle.
• Promote application changes to lower environments, including: SIT and Stage.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure successful application deployment and validation.
• Provide support, as needed, for Production Releases.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues during QA and release activities.
• Ensure remediation and release activities are properly documented and aligned with established processes.
