Communicate effectively and professionally with customers. Receive, review, and process customer orders, RFQs, and requirements in line with contractual terms. Handle customer requests, including order expediting, delivery updates, and cancellations. Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Creation of credit and debit note requests for customer billing adjustments, corrections, or complaint resolution. Handle AOG calls by coordinating urgent support to resolve aircraft‑on‑ground issues quickly. Ensure timely and accurate communication of requirements to supply chain, shipping, engineering, and quality teams. Manage customer shipping instructions and coordinate with logistics teams for timely order dispatch. Generate Open Order Book reports based on customer requirements. Facilitate and support Open Order Book discussions with customers. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Meet or exceed customer service KPIs and business goals. Comply with EH&S standards and actively report hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
