Job summary

SINOBEST REFRIGERATION INC. is seeking an Ammonia Refrigeration Technician to install, operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair industrial ammonia refrigeration systems across cold storage and processing facilities.

You will read P&IDs and electrical diagrams, perform preventive maintenance, detect leaks, and ensure strict safety compliance, including LOTO procedures. Willingness to travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial ammonia refrigeration.
• Ability to read technical drawings and refrigeration schematics.
• Familiar with electrical controls, relays, and motor controls.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain industrial ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, valves, piping, and control systems.
• Monitor system performance and perform preventive maintenance.
• Detect and repair ammonia leaks.
• Perform compressor overhauls and equipment servicing.
• Read and interpret P&IDs, electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Maintain maintenance records and service reports.
• Ensure compliance with ammonia safety procedures, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and company safety standards.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns when necessary.

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain industrial ammonia refrigeration systems
