Job summary

Risewave Consulting, Inc. seeks a Capability Development Manager to coordinate and oversee client training operations across projects. You will lead the training team, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure AML/Transaction Monitoring compliance in our capability offerings.

The role requires 7–8 years in Training & Development with 5+ years in supervision, and willingness to work onsite in Taguig during night shifts, driving reporting, knowledge transfer and cross-project collaboration.

OVERALL PURPOSE: The Capability Development Manager coordinates and oversees internal and external training operations for clients. This position establishes and manages relationships between the business stake holders, Capability Development (CD) team, clients and other stakeholders across various projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the training team at the client location or assigned location
• Ensure the framework is in place for coaching, training, mentoring and gaining domain expertise on client specific processes and products for people aligned to the deal/project
• Ensure that the effective facilitation, technical, domain and compliance skills are up to date for the trainers and manage operational and client alignment
• Manage day to day training operations and administration
• Set up training processes and manage daily, weekly and monthly reporting
• Lead and drive weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews for training
• Knowledge capture & transfer
• Collaborate with and contribute to projects across the country and other projects as needed
• Ensure calibration and uniformity in the capability development offerings across clients and projects
• Assess relevant training needs for individuals and organizations, in consultation with departmental heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems available
• Stay informed as to relevant skill and qualifications levels required by employees for effective performance (Client and Internal requirements), and circulate requirements and relevant information to the organization / Leadership as appropriate
• Produce plans to meet training and development needs, manage training delivery and measurement, and follow-up as necessary
• Monitor, measure and report on employees' training and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales
• Develop self, and always maintain knowledge in relevant field
• Interact with training vendors, clients and stakeholders and attend related business meetings and reviews
• Aid the Operations team in improving performance on customer service, team motivation and teamwork
• Ensure that the current knowledge is updated regularly through huddles, monitoring, etc.
• If required, support Mobilization Leads and Solution Architects by creating and deploying action plans and solutions.
• Ensure training content and talent framework is chalked out for new businesses
• Apply advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts and alternatives.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in providing Training and Development
• 5 years of supervisory experience
• With experience in Training and Development with focus on Regulatory Compliance - AML or Transaction Monitoring
• Must be amenable to work onsite and night shift
