Job summary

Stafflink Express seeks a Capability Development Manager to coordinate and oversee training operations for clients. You will manage relationships among business stakeholders, the Capability Development team, clients and other project stakeholders.

You will lead the training team at client locations, ensure coaching and domain expertise, and keep trainers up to date on facilitation, technical, and compliance skills while driving reporting and business reviews.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of experience in Training and Development.
• 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in Regulatory Compliance - AML or Transaction Monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead the training team at the client location or assigned Accenture location
• Ensure the framework is in place for coaching, training, mentoring and gaining domain expertise on client-specific processes and products for people aligned to the deal/project
• Ensure that the effective facilitation, technical, domain and compliance skills are up to date for the trainers and manage operational and client alignment
• Manage day-to-day training operations and administration
• Set up training processes and manage daily, weekly and monthly reporting
• Lead and drive weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews for training
• Knowledge capture & transfer
• Assess relevant training needs for individuals and organizations, in consultation with departmental heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems available
• Produce plans to meet training and development needs, manage training delivery and measurement, and follow up as necessary
• Monitor, measure and report on employees' training and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales

About the role
