Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking an Assessment Processing Administrator to support AML Inbound operations. You will ensure accurate, timely delivery of requirements and report to the AML Manager.

Responsibilities

Provide effective process management across AML Inbound.
Assist across all AML Inbound streams to ensure timely delivery of requirements.
Support Managers in planning, readiness, delivery, monitoring, and reporting.
Complete day-to-day tasks of AML Inbound operations.
Review updated working documents and procedures.
Respond to customer queries within SLAs and escalate when needed.
Escalate issues and risks to the manager.
Update and report team progress against plans.
