Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of BS Statistics or BS Math.
• Experience with AML or fraud data analytics, Management report generation and presentation, rule analysis, fraud detection management system is an advantage but not mandatory.
• With SAS background, analytics tool – extract data and analyzation of data. SQL and Python, Power BI.
• Data Story Telling or ability to interpret and analyze data for insights.
• Strong analytical skills is required.
• Experience in data science is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis, trend monitoring, predictive analytics, and behavioral/transactional reviews to identify emerging Fraud and AML risks and support risk management efforts.
• Develop dashboards, analytical reports, KPIs, KRIs, and management reports that provide timely insights for monitoring and strategic decision-making.
• Support the development, calibration, and continuous optimization of Fraud detection rules and AML monitoring scenarios to improve detection effectiveness.
• Provide analytical insights and recommendations to enhance Fraud and AML detection capabilities while reducing false positives.
• Ensure the integrity, availability, governance, completeness, accuracy, and quality of AML and Fraud-related data and datasets.
• Generate AML regulatory and governance reports, provide AML data for regulatory requests, reviews, and investigations, and manage CTR reporting, including validation, submission, repairs, and exception resolution.
• Support the management of sanctions, negative lists, government watchlists, and AML screening processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support the management and enhancement of Fraud and AML systems through tool development, requirements documentation, UAT, system validation, performance monitoring, issue resolution, and coordination with IT and vendors.
